Leander Presbyterian Church is a member of the denomination called The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). We are also a member of Mission Presbytery and the Synod of the Sun. Our affiliation connects us to mission efforts in Texas, and worldwide through Global Missions Unit composed of some 80 countries with Presbyterian Churches. Tithes and offerings given by our members join other benevolent contributions throughout the world to make a vast and wonderful mission ministry possible.
Locally, we are an active member of "Hill Country Community Ministries" which provides food, medical care, and other necessities to local area families. Besides financial support, we collect food and other items on the first Sunday of every month to be taken to the Hill Country Community Ministries office here in Leander.
